Job Title: Oracle EBS Order Management Support Consultant
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: Hyderabad – Initially remote, transitioning to a hybrid model (three days in the office) later this year once our new Hyderabad office opens, which will then serve as the primary office location.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Oracle EBS Order Management Support Consultant to support our clients on EBS Order Management support tickets. The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of support tickets raised by customers for Oracle EBS Order Management module, working closely with all members of the Managed Services & Support team.
This will include communication with customers to obtain the necessary information to review and resolve tickets, configuration and development of customer environments, and escalation to the product vendor (Oracle) as necessary.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and documenting support tickets
- Assess and resolve tickets by configuring or developing supported applications
- Liaising with customers via written and verbal communication channels
- Follows support processes and tracks against SLA’s
- Working closely with the Head of IT & Support to identify, escalate, and resolve support enquiries as necessary
- Developing personal skills across the current and upcoming Oracle SCM suite in line with business strategy
- Expanding technical and functional skillsets across the wider Enigized Managed Services offerings, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS Order Management and related applications, while supporting other areas of the business as needed.
- On-going collaboration with the support team to share knowledge and identify development needs
- Raise and manage service requests with Oracle for supported products
The list of main activities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required.
Experience required:
- At least 5 + years of experience in delivering Business as usual (BAU) support for Oracle EBS Order Management and Inventory Modules.
- Knowledge and experience in other Oracle EBS SCM modules like Procurement, B.O.M and W.I.P will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Oracle Fusion SCM will be an added advantage.
- Experience in a 2nd line technical support position
- Willingness and desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrable interest in technology
- Strong organisational skills, and an ability to multitask
