Job Title: Project Manager (Oracle Fusion)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

We are looking for an Oracle Project Manager to join our team. As an Oracle Project Manager, your main responsibility will be overseeing Oracle projects, and managing wide-ranging teams of Developers, Consultants, Architects, and subcontractors across various disciplines.
Working in partnership with a client-side project manager, the role involves a range of duties, including project planning, communication, coordination, issue management, risk reduction, escalation, and budget tracking. The individual will serve as a liaison between technical, functional, and client-side resources during implementation and post-implementation support.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent project management and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule, and within budget, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
In addition, this role will involve close coordination with projects and support colleagues across the globe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Successfully manage implementation of Oracle CX/ERP/SCM/HCM projects.
- Own project planning, executive and budgets.
- Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability.
- Utilise internal tooling (such as OpenAir, MS Project, Jira) to plan resources effectively and manage margin.
- Manage customer expectations and be able to closely monitor for scope creep.
- Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly highlighted, agreed upon and adjusted against the timeline.
- Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
- Control and report progress to internal and external sponsors and steering groups.
- Manage resource management, resource utilization, planning, estimation, release management and risk management.
- Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track the progress of workstreams to ensure successful go-live.
- Closely monitor and report on the project budget.
- Travel to client sites as required.
- Supporting marketing and brand activities.
The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required. Travel should be expected as part of this role.
Skills/ Experience required:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in managing Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Worked on at least 3 Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Proven experience with complex projects, budget management, risk management and resource management.
- High-level functional knowledge of Oracle ERP, SCM or HCM Applications.
- Experience working for a consultancy or systems integrator
- Experience in project planning tools such as Microsoft Projects.
- Strong experience in commercials and customer experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work independently when required, as well as part of a team. Must be an outgoing, engaging team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
