Job Title: Project Manager – Cloud Infrastructure & SaaS (Mid-Level)
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: Colchester (x3 days in the office)
Reports to: VP Delivery
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to help drive the delivery of projects involving cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is highly desirable, while familiarity with AWS and Microsoft Azure is a strong plus. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional looking to grow their expertise in enterprise cloud transformation and modern SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and execute technology projects from initiation through delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Support infrastructure and application teams in the deployment of cloud-based and SaaS solutions.
- Track project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Organize sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to communicate project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
- Assist in managing initiatives involving Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and contribute to multi-cloud environments using AWS and Azure.
- Maintain project documentation and provide timely updates to key stakeholders.
- Help drive project best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Supporting marketing and brand activities.
The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required. Travel should be expected as part of this role.
Experience required:
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or software environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects using both Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, or Azure).
- Familiarity with SaaS implementation or integration projects.
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work independently when required, as well as part of a team. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Exposure to infrastructure or DevOps teams and processes.
- Experience working on cloud migration or SaaS deployment projects.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, or regulated environments.
- Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, CSM, or PMP) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
