Marketing Executive
Job Title: Marketing Executive (graduate position)
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: Colchester (3 days a week in the Office / 2 days from Home)
Reports to: Director – Alliances & Marketing

As part of Enigen’s growth we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team who will be responsible for supporting and leading the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through market leading technology. This role requires strong organisational skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, SEO, and offline channels
- Using a range of techniques including cold calling, networking and social media to develop opportunities for the business
- With support, define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs to drive measurable results.
- Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to create compelling marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment and lead conversion.
- Analyse, and report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Own deal registration and lead management with our partners.
- Manage data and regularly update the company CRM system.
- Follow up on prospective customers from marketing campaigns and events.
- Achieve Oracle Certifications as part of your personal development.
- Manage your activity to ensure you hit desired KPIs and targets.

Required / desirable experience and skills:
- Passion and enthusiasm to be successful.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work independently when required, as well as part of a team. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
- An interest in Technology, and how it can transform business.
- Good use and experience of MS Office Products – Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
