Job Title: Digital Business & Change Analyst
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: UK, Remote/Colchester based (3 days per week in the office)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Business & Change Analyst to support and deliver complex digital and operational transformation initiatives across service-led and asset-intensive environments. This role will play a critical part in bridging business strategy, operational needs, and technology delivery, ensuring change is well-designed, effectively implemented, and successfully adopted.
The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis and business process analysis expertise, combined with hands-on experience developing transformation playbooks, shaping change management strategies, and working across domains such as field services, service centres, assets and inventory, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.

Key responsibilities include:
Business & Process Analysis
- Lead requirements elicitation activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
- Analyse and document end-to-end business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE), identifying opportunities for optimisation, standardisation, and digital enablement.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support solution design by collaborating with architects, product owners, and delivery teams.
Digital & Transformation Delivery
- Contribute to enterprise and domain-level digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain transformation playbooks, including delivery standards, artefacts, governance models, and reusable accelerators.
- Support operating model design, including roles, responsibilities, process ownership, and performance measures.
- Assist with benefits definition, baseline establishment, and benefits realisation tracking.
Change Management & Adoption
- Design and execute change management strategies to support successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Develop and support delivery of communication, engagement, and training plans.
- Monitor change effectiveness and adoption metrics, recommending corrective actions where required.
Domain-Focused Delivery
- Support transformation across field services, including workforce management, scheduling, mobility, and service execution.
- Enable improvements within service centres / contact centres, including case management, customer journeys, and omnichannel service models.
- Contribute to initiatives involving assets and inventory, including lifecycle management, stock optimisation, and visibility.
- Support CPQ process improvement, including product configuration, pricing, quoting workflows, and integration with order-to-cash processes.
The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required. Travel should be expected as part of this role.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Business Analyst, or Change Analyst within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong background in business process analysis and re-engineering.
- Experience contributing to or developing transformation playbooks or delivery frameworks.
- Good understanding of building change plans and adoption strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in change management strategy and execution.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Domain experience in one or more of the following: field services, service centres, assets and inventory, CPQ.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as CRM, FSM, ERP, or CPQ solutions.
- Exposure to benefits realisation and value management practices.
- Consulting or advisory background.
- Experience in Oracle environments
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification
- Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification
- Agile / Scrum certification
