Job Title: Delivery and Operations Manager
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: Hyderabad – Hybrid 3 days a week in the office

The Hyderabad Delivery & Operations Manager will establish and oversee Enigen’s Hyderabad delivery centre, acting as the primary point of contact for 3rd parties and ensuring the successful day-to-day operation of the office.
This role is not simply about delivering projects or managed services. It is about building and scaling Enigen’s Hyderabad operation, creating a high-performing delivery culture, and acting as Enigen’s operational leader in the region. The ideal candidate will bring the mindset of a business builder as much as a delivery leader.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Oversee project and managed services delivery, manage risks and resources, and ensure strong collaboration between UK and Hyderabad teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Ensure managed services meet support SLAs, quality standards and client expectations.
- Support continuous improvement in delivery processes and governance.
Office Operations
- Own the day-to-day running of the Hyderabad office and support the growth of the delivery centre.
- Act as the local operational lead and escalation point for office-related matters.
- Ensure operational alignment with Enigen’s standards, policies, and culture.
People & Onboarding
- Actively contribute to the recruitment process of local hires
- Coordinate onboarding activities with UK HR and our India-based 3rd party.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Help embed Enigen’s culture, values, and ways of working within the Hyderabad team.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key liaison between UK and Hyderabad teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for our India-based 3rd party for day-to-day operations
- Build strong relationships across Delivery, Operations, Technology, and Leadership teams.
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues and dependencies.
Growth & Capability Development
- Lead the development and growth of Enigen’s Hyderabad delivery centre, establishing it as a high-performing and scalable capability for the business.
- Partner with UK leadership to define and execute growth plans, workforce strategies, and capability development initiatives.
- Lead presales support for opportunities requiring offshore delivery
- Develop and mentor team members, creating opportunities for professional growth and career progression.
- Establish processes, governance, and best practices that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Act as a visible leader within the Hyderabad office, championing Enigen’s culture and long-term vision.
- Build a start-up mindset, encouraging innovation, continuous improvement, and ownership across the team.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading a consultancy practice, delivery function, or managed services team, with accountability for resource management, utilisation, delivery performance, team development, operational excellence, and business growth.
- Strong experience operating within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience working with UK, European, or global delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Experience building and developing teams through periods of growth and organisational change.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within a small or medium-sized consultancy.
- Experience helping establish, grow, or scale a new delivery capability, practice, office, or regional operation.
- Oracle delivery experience.
- Experience across AI, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
- Previous responsibility for onboarding, resource planning, and team growth.
