Job Title: Sales Manager – Oracle Consulting Services (CX, SCM, HCM, ERP)

Enigen is a multi-award-winning Oracle Partner, providing industry-leading consulting services to help businesses streamline their operations and leverage cutting-edge technology. We specialise in Oracle’s suite of applications, including Customer Experience (CX), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and are developing our offering for Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to help drive the growth of our Oracle consulting services, whilst building lasting relationships with key clients.
The Sales Manager for Oracle Consulting Services will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell our Oracle consulting services across CX, SCM, HCM, and ERP solutions. You will lead the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, engaging with key decision-makers, and cultivating strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle’s products, an ability to identify and address client needs, and a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the technology consulting space.
You will come with Oracle experience, reputation and relationships within the market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive sales of Oracle consulting services, focusing on CX, SCM, HCM, and ERP solutions, by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualification, proposal generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the Oracle practice team to ensure alignment on client needs, solution offerings, and delivery strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on Oracle’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
- Build and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Alliances team to generate leads and support business development initiatives.
- Create and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Track sales performance metrics and report regularly to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities using our CRM system.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring the best value for both the company and the client.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and helping to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Hit quarterly and annual targets set by the business.
- Supporting marketing and brand activities.
The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required. Travel should be expected as part of this role.
Experience/ skills required:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on Oracle solutions, with at least one within CX, SCM, HCM, and ERP.
- Strong understanding of Oracle’s suite of enterprise applications and how they address business challenges.
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally within consulting, software, or enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Oracle certifications or experience working with Oracle applications (a plus).
