Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: UK – Remote or Colchester
Enigen is a multi-award-winning Oracle Partner, delivering CX and Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) technology implementations across a wide range of sectors.
Large product portfolios, global suppliers and complex customer requirements require rich data sets and a clear understanding of product information, order management process and the ability to order promise accurately, with customers receiving real-time insight and traceability.
We’re looking for a SCM Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on the implementation of Fusion Order Management, Product Management, Inventory, and Maintenance modules. You will also have an interest in expanding your knowledge of other SCM modules based on business needs. The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, further developing their existing SCM and consultancy capabilities within the business.
You will work with Project Managers on a day-to-day basis delivering transformational projects and smaller customer engagements, sometimes working remotely with our other locations or on site with customers. You will have knowledge of configuring SCM modules, as well as good communication and customer-facing skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pre-sales efforts with customers to understand requirements where necessary.
- Provide system-abstract consultancy services to prospective and current customers
- Design workshops and documentation.
- Providing a key SME point of contact across SCM implementations/ developments within the team
- Independently delivering all activities throughout the end-to-end project life cycle, covering Design, Build, Testing, UAT, and Go Live Support
- Setup & configuration of the Fusion SCM module
- Achieving Oracle implementation certification in SCM modules
- Combining customer experience and user experience skills to deliver industry-leading solutions. Re-adjusting re-adjustment journey
- Working collaboratively with Enigen team members and customers alike to deliver successful business engagements.
- Supporting marketing and brand activities within the company.
The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required.
Your experience will include:
- You will be an outgoing Team player, but able to work independently.
- You’ll have great written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years delivering Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, focusing on Order Management, Inventory and Product Management areas
- Knowledge of pre-sales activities
- Proven experience in setup and configuration of Oracle SCM modules, mainly Order Management, Inventory and PIM areas
- Demonstrable experience working with web services/API’s
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
- Knowledge of Order Management & PIM integrations with CPQ is valuable but not mandatory
