Enigen UK AWARDED ORACLE Cloud Excellence Implementer (CEI) Status

Enigen are pleased to announce recognition and certification within the Oracle Cloud Excellence Implementer Programme announced at Oracle Open World this week. It emphasises the tighter relationship Enigen has with Oracle around Cloud Implementation success, product practices and implementation quality that our customers receive.

The CEI program recognises partners who:

  • Demonstrate specific expertise focused on Project Management and Implementation Governance
  • Project success and customer satisfaction during Oracle SaaS Cloud implementations
  • Depth of product knowledge as experts

As Enigen are focused on Oracle’s CX Cloud Applications, the modules are broken down into specific categories relevant to our business focus. As part of the process, Oracle talked to our mutual customers, they reviewed our consultant’s competencies, they assessed the ‘amount of times’ we’ve delivered around a certain skill set, and validated our customer satisfaction ratings.

This recognition from Oracle is an acknowledgement of a great team effort, from undertaking the training right through to the successful delivery of projects and reflects the positive feedback received from customers.

Enigen’s Managing Director, Alex Love, who was at Open World for the announcement was interviewed on the programme. He said;

A Digital Transformation Roadmap for Customer Experience (CX)

#ActAsOne delivers a roadmap of technology innovation and a complete customer experience solution. This futureproofs any application investment from the start, using a consultative methodology of iterative technology developments, over a 24 to 36-month period, in line with market change.

The concept takes Enigen and Oracle’s joint customers through an assessment, which helps them meet their commercial challenges and improve the overall Customer Experience.
