After an initial implementation at T.H. March for Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Sales Cloud*, Eloqua, and Social Relationship Management, we approached T.H. March with our Enigized Managed Services offering when it was launched in 2018.

“We have been using the new 'Enigized' support this year and the service has been fantastic. Responses are usually immediate and we have had continuity the whole time with the same team member, Connor, getting stuck into all our weird and wonderful ideas and queries. At upgrades we receive a prompt report, and at the end of every period we receive a handy update on number of hours used together with a breakdown of our tickets. We have got used to using their portal too and it has become quite useful for not only having one place to review all the open tickets but also for sharing updates with our own IT team. We like the fact that they will pick up the phone and chat tickets through with us.
