Over the past 12+ years, Enigen has been a leading Oracle Platinum Partner with a legacy of delivering CX implementations to a wide range of sectors. With our strategic growth in the areas of B2B, Self-Service Portals, eCommerce and the Lead-to-Cash process, the need to diversify into a new area has arisen.

To further enhance and develop our capabilities and offering to our current and future client base, we have an opening for a Senior Consultant to join us, bringing with them their experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management and Product Information Management, to help us drive better customer experiences for our clients.

WHY?

Large product portfolios, global suppliers and complex customer requirements require rich data sets and a clear understanding of product information, order management process and ability to order promise accurately, with customers receiving real-time insight and traceability.

This is a role with a strong functional bias. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping us to scope and estimate projects
  • Leading design workshops
  • Supporting the architectural design process
  • Configuration of signed-off designs

 

WHAT ELSE?

This is a role within an organisation that works collaboratively, so you’ll need to bring a team-player attitude, working across the organisation. This will include other technical functions and providing support to the Sales & Marketing teams.

In addition to this, we are looking for your experience to include implementation within at least one manufacturing-sector organisation – either within practice or in-house.

As we at Enigen work exclusively with Oracle products, your experience should be here – specifically with Fusion Order & Inventory Management, Order Promising and Product Hub/PLM.

What might make you stand out against other applicants?

  • Oracle Product Lifecycle Management or Order Management certificates
  • Experience with other Oracle apps
  • A demonstratable understanding of Oracle Maintenance Cloud
  • Agile & Waterfall project methodology experience
  • A proven track record in stakeholder management
