Enigen are an Oracle platinum partner, delivering CX implementations across a wide range of sectors, and size of organisation. With over 10 years’ experience in the CRM and Customer Experience space, Enigen have one of the largest portfolios of customers implementing Oracle solutions across eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, CPQ and Service in the UK market.

We have a Managed Services and Support offering as part of our package – Enigized. This is one of the most strategic components of our business, and we require a dedicated sales professional to take the offering to the market to grow our recurring revenue. Success in this role will be key to the continued growth and evolution of our organisation.

We have identified some prospects for you to work with once you have joined, though we will look to you to manage further identification, engagement, and closure of new business opportunities for our managed services.

Within this role, you will have full management across the entire sales cycle, including qualifying prospects, leading and coordinating various departments during the bid process, delivery of proposals, and ultimately closing deals.

As you will be working with senior IT leadership, we are looking for you to bring your proven track record of managing relationships at this level to a successful ending, with a subsequent focus on nurturing lasting relationships.

We look for team players who are motivated by customer satisfaction and understand the value of transparent communication.

For many, you will be the face of Enigized, so integrity and the desire to establish long-term business relationships is key to your and our success.

This is the first specialised sales role for our Enigized – Managed Services & Support offering, so our “search criteria” is flexible; we have an open mind to what your background may be. Oracle experience is by no means a prerequisite, but it would be an advantage.

With current circumstances, we will be onboarding you remotely. However, after restrictions are lifted and we move towards a new-normal, you can continue to work remotely, or be based from one of our offices in London or Colchester. In time, there will be a requirement to travel to onsite client meetings where possible and necessary.
