Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)

With over 10 years’ experience in the CRM and Customer Experience space, Enigen has one of the largest portfolios of customers implementing Oracle solutions across eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, CPQ, Service and SCM in the UK market.
Commercial Performance Applications – consisting of CPQ, Sales and Subscription Management – is a key area of strategic growth for Enigen, with Oracle offering market-leading application in the lead-to-cash process.
To lead this, we are looking to hire a Managing Consultant, experienced with multiple end-to-end implementations to help us further develop the knowledge and capability of your team.
You’ll help us to define the function’s direction and growth plans, working closely with the Executive team, Sales & Marketing, and with Oracle directly.
Your responsibilities will span architecture and design, pre-sales, solution recommendation, process improvement, all whilst building a team of multi-skilled consultants.
As you join, you will be hands-on with the team and lead from the front on all areas, with the position evolving into an oversight role as we continue to grow and develop our capabilities.
To help set you up for success, we are looking for you to bring a proven track-record delivering multiple successful projects, such as a CRM implementation. Experience with Oracle products is a benefit but not a prerequisite, so long as you are willing and able to pick up new technologies.
What else are we looking for?
- A solid grasp of the “lead to cash” process
- Stakeholder management experience across technical and functional touchpoints
- Team leadership (including hiring and team development)
- Experience in the consulting sector
- Knowledge of API integrations
- Advanced understanding of Sales/CRM systems, with knowledge of CPQ and Subscription Management an additional benefit
- Commercial mindset
- Demonstrable experience of systems integration practices and middleware systems
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is beneficial
