Enigen is a leading consulting Oracle Platinum Partner, delivering CX implementations across a wide range of sectors, and size of organisations. With over 10 years’ experience in the CRM and Customer Experience space, Enigen has one of the largest portfolios of customers implementing Oracle solutions across eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, CPQ and Service in the UK market. We are now extending that to include Supply Chain Management technology for a customer centric, digital world.
The areas of Marketing, Service and Field Service Management have become very important at Enigen, and especially in the B2B space for manufacturing and distribution sectors. Oracle is one of the market leaders in this scape, with best of breed capability and systems.
We are looking for a Managing Consultant to join our business to lead our new Engagement Applications practice, which will incorporate the three core functional areas.
Ideally, you will have expert Oracle Marketing and Service/Field Service implementation experience, but expertise in one is welcomed, with the ambition to build knowledge across the additional products.
Here, you will help us to define the function’s direction and growth plans, working closely with the Executive team, Sales & Marketing, and with Oracle directly.
Your responsibilities will span architecture, pre-sales, solution recommendation, process improvement, all whilst building a team of multi-skilled techno-functional consultants.
What else are we looking for?
- Stakeholder management experience across technical and functional touchpoints
- Team leadership (including hiring and team development)
- Experience in the consulting sector
- Certification on Oracle B2C Service and/or Oracle B2B Marketing
- Knowledge of API integrations
- Advanced understanding of Sales/CRM systems, CPQ and Subscription Management
- Demonstrable experience of systems integration practices and middleware systems
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is beneficial
