With over 12 years in the CRM and Customer Experience space, Enigen have one of the largest portfolios of customers implementing Oracle solutions across eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, CPQ, Service and Social in the UK market.
We’re looking for a Consultant to join our growing and evolving team to provide subject matter expertise for Oracle’s CPQ application. You’ll be working on new, large-scale projects in a newly created function specifically designed to address the high volume of projects coming to us from our customer base within this area. The function is primarily based around CPQ but is also responsible for Sales Cloud and Subscription Management, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience in these areas.
This is a role with a strong technical bias, but we like our Consultants to develop strong functional capabilities – something we will support you developing. If you already have exposure in these areas, that is a big plus. In addition to the functional development, we look to support all Consultants in achieving relevant Oracle certificates to support your growth.
When on projects, you’ll work closely with the customer, with the opportunity to add value to their business as a key technical point of contact for them. Internally, you’ll be working closely with Project Managers, Developers and Consultants within your team and other teams to deliver transformational projects, working from technical and functional design documents to configure application functionality.
You’ll be supporting pre-sales efforts and then work across the entire project life-cycle from design, build, testing, UAT, and go-live support.
This is a role within an organisation that works collaboratively, so you’ll need to bring a team-player attitude, working across the organisation. This will include other technical functions and providing support to the Sales & Marketing teams in various activities.
WHAT LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A minimum of two years exposure delivering Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations, focusing on the areas of Configuration and Commerce (pricing).
- Proven experience of working with at least one high-level programming language (e.g. PHP, .Net, Java)
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
- Experience in CRM and CPQ integrations
Experience of CPQ and Commerce working together is valuable, but not mandatory.
