Job Title: CX Analyst
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)

Customer experience (CX) transformations are a potentially game-changing investment an organisation can engage in to improve their understanding of their customers and their needs to ensure they offer the best options possible to match their requirements.
We are growing and evolving our offering to our customers as we complete more and more successful projects, meaning we have been able to offer internal mobility opportunities. This in turn has allowed us to have vacancies to join Team Enigen as a CX Analyst to work across key Oracle technologies.
The main aim for us here is to support your development from an Analyst to a Consultant, which will offer additional opportunities to progress into a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Senior Consultant; wherever you want to take your career, we are here to help you. Our proven track record of this is evident with many current mid-senior team members have progressed through the business after starting in this very position.
Our teams offer strengths in two key areas – the technical capability to understand requirements to deliver them, and the functional skillsets to be customer-facing. It is our role at Enigen to help you improve on your strengths and areas of development; we are not necessarily looking for a finished article.
As a CX Analyst, you will be working directly with our customers to support Consultants on discovery through workshops and designing new solutions to address business problems; a key role for a project to start successfully. Post-implementation, you will be offering additional support to customers.
From a technical standpoint when you are not working directly with customers, you will be building and writing design and testing documentation in line with their requirements. Then, implementing the technology in line with agreed specifications, working with partners to interrogate bugs and software issues.
