CX Analyst (Manufacturing)

Job Title: CX Analyst
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: Colchester

Do you have hands-on experience within an IT/technical role and want to drive your career forwards?

Is your background in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, process, or relevant systems role, but you have an interest in developing within a role with more technical responsibilities?

If you answered yes to either of these – read on.

Enigen is a leading consulting Oracle Platinum Partner, delivering customer experience (CX) implementations across a wide range of sectors, and sizes of organisations. With 12 years of experience in the CRM and CX space, Enigen has one of the largest portfolios of customers implementing Oracle solutions across eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, CPQ, and Service in the UK market.

Customer experience (CX) transformations are a potentially game-changing investment an organisation can engage in, helping them to improve their understanding of their customers and their needs to ensure they offer the best options possible to match their requirements.

We are growing and evolving our offering to our customers as we complete more and more successful projects, meaning we have been able to offer internal mobility opportunities. This, in turn, has meant opportunities are available to join #TeamEnigen as a CX Analyst to work across key Oracle technologies.

The main aim for us here is to support your development from an Analyst to a Consultant, which will offer additional opportunities to progress; wherever you want to take your career, we are here to help you. Our proven track record of this is evident with many current mid-senior team members who have progressed through the business after starting in this very position.

Our teams offer strengths in two key areas – the technical capability to understand requirements to deliver them, and the functional skillsets to be customer-facing. It is our role at Enigen to help you improve on your strengths and areas of development; we are not necessarily looking for a finished article.

As a CX Analyst, you will be working directly with our customers to support Consultants with discovery through workshops and designing new solutions to address business problems; a key role for a project to start successfully.

From a technical standpoint, when you are not working directly with customers, you will be building and writing design and testing documentation in line with their requirements. Then, configuring and implementing the technology in line with agreed specifications, working with partners to interrogate bugs and software issues.

Everyone within Enigen is passionate about expanding their knowledge and capabilities as it helps us improve ourselves, our colleagues, and add further value to our customers.

We are a warm and welcoming team, with a key contributing factor to our success being able to work collaboratively with our colleagues and external partners to ensure we provide an excellent service to our customers.

Well, we can’t offer a straight answer to this as we know those with different backgrounds can come in and add value to us and our customers.

Having said this, an advantage would be experience within a manufacturing environment, bringing with you some prior knowledge of the relevant processes such as supply chain, order management, distribution, etc.

Additionally, we do welcome those who have the right attitude and approach to challenges, a personal drive and motivation for discovery and self-betterment, and a desire to help the team.

Exposure to technical skillsets such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite. A completed course is just as valued as hands-on experience.

Whatever it is that has led you to this point, we encourage you to get in touch if you feel we have the right opportunity and environment to enable your success.

Enigen offers a supportive environment to help build and develop your technical capabilities.
