Our teams offer strengths in two key areas – the technical capability to understand requirements to deliver them, and the functional skillsets to be customer-facing. It is our role at Enigen to help you improve on your strengths and areas of development; we are not necessarily looking for a finished article.
As a CX Analyst, you will be working directly with our customers to support Consultants with discovery through workshops and designing new solutions to address business problems; a key role for a project to start successfully.
From a technical standpoint, when you are not working directly with customers, you will be building and writing design and testing documentation in line with their requirements. Then, configuring and implementing the technology in line with agreed specifications, working with partners to interrogate bugs and software issues.

Well, we can’t offer a straight answer to this as we know those with different backgrounds can come in and add value to us and our customers.
Having said this, an advantage would be experience within a manufacturing environment, bringing with you some prior knowledge of the relevant processes such as supply chain, order management, distribution, etc.
Additionally, we do welcome those who have the right attitude and approach to challenges, a personal drive and motivation for discovery and self-betterment, and a desire to help the team.
